Yikes! This microwave dinner pack doesn’t look so good in the freezer.

But worse news is coming…. frozen foods and dairy products that were pulled off the supermarket shelves in Southern China have been found to contain melamine contamination.  The thing is, it’s those plastic wrappers covering the food that are dangerous.  The wax layer in frozen food packaging contains petroleum and there is a possibility of this contaminating the frozen food.

So, what is the best thing to do?

Planet Green, a healthy living website, says the best thing to do is to not buy frozen foods (and chewing gum!).
